Amazon MGM Studios' Madden is a new biographical sports film directed by David O. Russell, spotlighting the remarkable life of American football legend John Madden.

The film stars Nicolas Cage as Madden, alongside Christian Bale as Raiders owner Al Davis, Kathryn Hahn as Virginia Madden, John Mulaney as Trip Hawkins, and Sienna Miller as Carol Davis. It traces Madden's journey from his successful partnership with the Oakland Raiders that led to a Super Bowl victory, to becoming the unmistakable voice of football, and eventually launching the globally known Madden NFL video game.

Madden will see a limited theatrical release on November 11, 2026, intended for Oscar qualification, before debuting for streaming on Amazon Prime Video on November 18, 2026.
