COMMANDOS 2

Kalypso Media, along with developers Yippee! Entertainment and Torus Games, has officially released HD remasters of two classic strategy titles: Commandos 2 and Praetorians. Fans can grab these revamped versions now on Steam, either separately or together in a special double pack available through the Kalypso Store.

Both games have received a full high-definition overhaul, preserving the core gameplay while boosting visuals and interface quality. The remasters come with upgraded tutorials and revamped campaign missions to make revisiting these classics smoother and more accessible. They also support controllers, expanding their appeal beyond keyboard and mouse setups. Additionally, Praetorians HD Remaster has an integrated multiplayer mode, allowing players to battle friends online.

Console versions are scheduled to launch in Spring 2024, broadening access beyond PC. Those interested in early codes can contact Kalypso’s PR team or request access via Keymailer. If you're a strategy fan nostalgic for these legendary titles, the remasters are now officially within reach.
